Faulty Goods

All our products are covered by a 12 month back to base warranty. This covers the product for replacement or repair provided that it has been used and/or fitted correctly and not subject to undue wear and tear.

If a fault develops, you should immediately contact our customer support team by email, telephone or fax for an RMA Number.

The item must be returned complete and in the original packaging (with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation email) for the attention of Customer Services. The RMA Number must be written clearly on the outside of the package. This is very important as we are not able to process returns without an RMA Number.

As soon as we receive the product back we will check it and contact you with our assessment.

The cost of returning the product to us is the customer's responsibility.

Goods Not Received / Damaged In Transit

Any shortages or damage must be reported to our customer support team by email, telephone or fax within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
